EGGS
Our hens free range in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. They have a beautiful lake view and acres of forest to roam.
BREAD
We offer many different types of bread. From handmade sourdough to a loaf of pepperoni bread. We only use the finest ingredients; from our flour to the salt. Our flour is Non-GMO and comes from the wheat fields of Montana.
YOUNG PLANTS
All of our plants are started inside via hydroponics. Once the plants have a strong root system and multiple leaves we transplant them to a pot with coco coir. This medium makes an easier transition from hydro to soil as the coco coir retains large amounts of water. The plants are then slowly tapered off from their constant supply of water. Once this has occurred they are placed outside in a relatively protected area to harden off. This process can take 2-4 weeks depending on weather. We do this because suddenly moving plants from a stable environment to one with wide variations in temperature, light and wind can seriously weaken plants. Our ideal time for retail sale of these plants is June 1st. This date has been chosen to avoid any late frosts. Plant prices vary from $3-$6 depending on species, availability and size.
